How to become a dealer of FSCKH?

Interested person should fill the application form below. The Company strongly recommends sending application forms and documents for evaluation via post to the following address;

No. B63-E0, Street 2004, Sangkat Ou Beak K’am, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
by marking in bracket (application for dealer).

Terms and Conditions

1. FSCKH Co., Ltd. reserves the right, without prior notice,

to verify documents for approval which approximately takes 3-5 working days after The Company only receives documents via post.

2. The Company only reconciles for submitting application form via Fax for those who have an urgent closing order at the same date.

This may affect applicant to resending authentic documents via post.

3. The Company only consider and authorize for eligible applicant as follows;

• Applicant’s company, shop, store must be registered as business registration as Company limited, Limited partnership, and Ordinary Partnership. Please note that ordinary person is not eligible to apply for dealer.
• Company registration credential or certificate from Department of Business Development must, at least, specify objectives of your company registration whether your company, shop, store do a business, trade, rent, IT service center, software or IT business. If none of above mentioned in applicant company registration, The Company reserves the right to reject the application form.

4. Successful applicant will receive ‘Dealer Code’

and sales representative to respond your ‘Account’ for order processing.

5. At the beginning, The Company recommends dealer make an order by cash only. When credit is required,

please directly contact your sales representative.

6. No application fee for dealer application.
